For sixteen years, she has shaped the vision and growth of Labuť Preschools — where quality early childhood education meets a natural approach to English.

Sabina founded Labuť Preschools sixteen years ago, establishing their Czech–English educational approach. Her vision gradually grew into a network of preschools with an international team. She continues to lead them and guide their development.

Her approach has always centred on thoughtful education, individual attention and a stimulating environment. She builds the team and enables educators to fully apply their expertise. She brings education, speech and language support, psychological counselling and other family services together under one roof.

Working abroad introduced her to many countries and cultures. She draws on this international experience to lead a diverse team and create a welcoming environment for children and families from different linguistic and cultural backgrounds.

Her leadership combines extensive business experience with an education in economics, complemented by courses in environmental education. She emphasises open communication with parents and the practical benefits each change brings to children, families and educators.

He graduated from the Secondary Pedagogical School in Beroun, specializing in music and art education. He was on an internship in England, where he deepened his knowledge of the English language and also observed how preschool children are taught abroad. He focuses on speech therapy prevention for children, which he also confirmed with a seminar on speech therapy.

He started working with children aged 2-6 in a specialized children's hospital, where he gained experience in both first aid and health prevention for children. Later, he gained extensive experience in the position of "headteacher" in a private kindergarten and during stays abroad with children of this age. Of the art techniques, Honzu is most interested in ceramics, in which children improve their fine motor skills in an amazing and fun way. He can play flute and guitar.

He likes to combine drama and music education. Honza is a guarantor of pre-school training thanks to his many years of experience with it and he has already raised several school children and he knows from feedback that the training he conducted with them is successful and the children are perfectly prepared for the transition to school.

He is constantly charged with positive energy, which he passes on to everyone around him every day. He enriches all activities with children with his creativity and zest for life. He decided to work with children in kindergarten already in high school, because he was most interested in the fact that children of this age live in the moment.

Mirka graduated from a high school of nursing, majoring in general nursing. After graduating from school, she worked for 3 years in a specialized children's hospital, where she gained a lot of experience with children of preschool age.

In the hospital, they mainly deal with the rehabilitation and prevention of respiratory diseases. After moving to Prague, she started working in a private kindergarten and nursery school, where she gained a lot of experience with children of younger school age, created educational plans and, as a head teacher, took care of the entire operation of a private nursery school.

She studied special pedagogy for preschool children at the Palacký University in Olomouc. She is a teacher of children's yoga, which she also likes to apply in practice with children. She also completes a speech therapy course at the seminary for the support of speech development in children, where she trains as a speech therapy assistant.

She likes sports, reading, education and loves animals, especially her dog Kryštof.

George joined us as a music and English language teacher, he teaches only in English. He graduated from high school in the USA, Virginia, Woodson High School, where he already knew that his future job would be raising and educating preschool children.

He studied at NOVA college, Virginia USA, how to properly and efficiently and modernly teach English language to preschool children. He took the international T.E.F.L. teacher certificate course in Prague. Before he started working at the Trojská Labuť kindergarten, he worked with children with special needs.

He is currently studying, as one of the first, at the internationally recognized Kindermusik Academy. George´s life is filled with music and children. The combination of these two elements makes him a professional in his field.

Chris has been actively teaching children of all ages since 2013. He holds a Bachelor of Music degree in Music Education with a concentration in Choral Pedagogy and a Master of Arts degree in Choral Conducting. He has conducted many choirs in the United States, from children’s choirs to professional ensembles. Chris is originally from the Rocky Mountain region of the United States and lives in Prague with his wife and four children.

In his personal time, Leigh enjoys playing music, stand up comedy, magic shows and most of all spending time with his daughter.

Jana comes from a family of teachers, where the love for children and education has been passed down from generation to generation. For more than 10 years, she led the Průhonická Labuť branch, where she used her rich experience, patience and natural empathy in her daily work with children and parents. During her practice, she completed a speech therapy prevention course, thanks to which she was able to recognize children's speech needs in a timely manner and support their healthy development. Children love her very much - for her kind and active approach, sense of humor and ability to create a safe and stimulating environment.

Fatima holds a master’s degree in Human Development. She complements this academic background with a TEFL qualification and C1-level English demonstrated through IELTS. She is the author of a series of children’s textbooks and received the “Best Teacher of the Year” award in 2018.

She brings experience in teaching, developing educational materials and planning learning programmes to her work at the preschool. She has been part of Školky Labuť since 2022.

She uses stories, songs, rhymes, drama and movement to develop comprehension, vocabulary and accurate pronunciation. She connects English with practical situations in which children express their ideas, respond to others and gain confidence in speaking. Her language activities support children’s broader development, fostering independence, cooperation and school readiness alongside communication skills.

She incorporates her skills in art, drawing and painting into creative activities. Her strength lies in combining an understanding of child development with thoughtfully planned, lively English teaching that actively engages children.

Donika’s true passion is working with children. She has two years of previous experience working with preschoolers, which has strengthened her skills in creating a caring and engaging environment. Being with children makes her happy and fulfilled. Her professional English skills, supported by a TEFL certificate, allow her to communicate clearly and confidently, while her caring nature helps her build strong and trusting relationships with children. She is creative, patient and dedicated to making learning a positive and inspiring experience for every child.

Originally from Israel, she holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from the University of Jerusalem. Growing up in a large family as the eldest sibling, she developed a natural affinity for childcare at an early age. She has worked as a nanny and as a leader at international sports camps in Italy. She has a long-standing passion for working with children and finds her greatest joy in watching their progress and discovering the world through their eyes.

Danča provides individual speech and language support, focusing on the development of speech, pronunciation and communication skills. She works with children from the early preschool years through to those preparing to start school. She adapts activities to their abilities and needs, giving every child the opportunity to concentrate, participate and experience their own progress.

One of her particular strengths is creating original learning materials and resources for school readiness sessions, which she also personally leads at selected branches. She combines playful tasks and creative activities with opportunities to develop attention, independence and the ability to follow instructions.

Each activity has a specific educational goal and focuses on the skills children currently need to develop. She continues to build on her practical experience in speech and language support and school readiness through her studies in preschool and extracurricular education.

Marta has completed a childcare course and, alongside her role in preschool operations, cares for our youngest children. She is a valued support to the teaching team and a familiar, much-loved presence for the children. She builds trusting relationships with them, offering individual attention, encouragement and warm care throughout their daily activities.

She draws on years of experience in ceramics when creating with the children. She introduces them to clay and its possibilities, encourages them to bring their own ideas to life, and develops their fine motor skills, concentration and spatial awareness.

She prepares snacks, serves lunches and keeps the preschool environment clean and welcoming. In doing so, she draws on her vocational training in baking and confectionery, alongside extensive experience in food preparation. She brings compassionate childcare, creative skills and a personal approach that gives children a sense of security and belonging.
